THE PROGRAM:
FESTIVAL OPENING 13.02.2020. at 6:30PM<br />
1. An open chess tournament for players up to a rating of 2200.<br />The tournament is rated at FIDE; 7 rounds Swiss system, 60 min per player + 30 ”per move.
Registration Fee: Regular registration fee is 1800 RSD (15 euros).
Due to the capacity of the game room, the maximum number of participants is about 80.
The main prize pool is 45,000 RSD and is divided into 6 awards:
First prize: 12,000 RSD
Second prize: 10,000 RSD
Third prize: 8,000 RSD
Fourth prize: 6,000 RSD
Fifth prize: 5,000 RSD
Sixth prize: 4,000 RSD
Special prizes of 21,000 RSD are divided into 7 categories – 3,000 each.
- The most successful woman;
2. The most successful player from the territory of Niska Banja;
3. The most successful player from abroad;
4. The most successful player up to 1800 rating;
5. The most successful player up to 2000 rating;
6. The most successful veteran 65+ (1955 and older);
7. The most successful player without a rating.
The requirement for each category is that at least 5 players participate.
The prizes are not divided and cannot be cumulated.
In case two or more players have the same number of points, the following criteria will decide:
Buchholz-1, more wins, aranc (draw with White pieces 0,4 – black 0,6) and medium Buchholz.
A player cannot receive two rewards.
The winner of the tournament receives a trophy, the first three medals and the winner in each special category diploma.
For all participants, the organizer provides chess equipment, and the games on the first table will be broadcast live on the website of the www.prvak.co.rs; Writing moves is required for each game.

ROUND 6 Sunday 16.02.2020. at 9:30 AM
ROUND 7 Sunday 16.02.2020. at 2:00 PM
A delay for each game is allowed until the end of its time on the clock.

Tournament participants have the opportunity to take a so-called “BYE” for any two of the first four rounds and thus receive half a point for that round with timely announcement to the referee immediately after the last round of the previous round or earlier.
Closing ceremony of the tournament and prize giving 45min. -60min after the end of the last game.
2. Blitz rated tournament<br />Beginning 18:00 Saturday 15.02.2020
9 rounds Swiss system 5 minutes per player for a game with a bonus of 3 seconds for a move. 300 RSD registration fee for all participants. Prize money 80% of the entry fee.
Registration for the tournament is made by the end of 15.02.2020. until 5:30 pm with a personal presence and is valid for the participants of the „A“ tournament and for all other interested players.
